Part 1 · For every farmer

⭐ The one thing that matters each week

Keep your counts honest — that’s the whole job. Two minutes, from the field.

  1. Tap 🌱 My Flowers.
  2. For each flower, tap Available, Soon or Sold out.
  3. Set how many you have — bunches, stems, pounds, whatever you sell by. Halves are fine: 2.5, 0.5, 1.75.
  4. That’s it. There is no save button — every tap is live.

🔍 Lots of listings? The search box jumps straight to one.  ·  💤 Done for the season? Tap Rest — it leaves your page but keeps its photo and price for next year (🌱 Wake brings it back).  ·  📷 Add a photo whenever you can — buyers buy what they can see.

🌱 First time only — add your flowers (~15 min)

NameStart typing and pick from the built-in library — it fills in the rest for you.
PhotoSnap it right there in the field. This is the single biggest difference in what sells.
ColorTap a dot — buyers filter by color, “anything peach” in two taps.
Price & Sold asYour price, and how you sell it: Grower’s bunch (count varies) · By the stem · 5-stem · 10-stem · Custom.
Fresh / Dried & note🌸 or 🌾 (listing dried gives buyers a filter), plus an optional note they’ll see: “short stems this week.”

🗓 The weekly rhythm

WhenWhat happens
Sun night / Mon amYou tap your counts for the week.
MondayThe weekly email goes out to your buyers with what’s available — sent from Weekly Email, or on its own if a day and time are set.
All weekWant lists arrive by email, time-stamped (first come, first dibs); flip flowers to Sold out as they go.

Part 2 · If you run the sheet — admins, and farms of one

In a collective, this is the admin’s side. Farming on your own? It’s all yours too — these live under the menu on your admin page.

📬 Want lists — what the buttons do

A buyer sends oneThey tap + on what they want and send — no login. You get an email, and it lands in Want lists time-stamped. Prices lock at the moment they send.
✓ Handled − deductMarks it done and subtracts what they asked for from your counts. Anything that reaches zero flips to Sold out. Use it when you’re filling the order as sent.
✎ OpenFilling only part of it? Open it, change the numbers to what you can actually cut, and press ✓ Save − deduct. The buyer gets an email with the short lines marked, so nobody is left guessing. Halves are fine here too.
✓ HandledJust marks it done. Your counts don’t change. For when you’d rather adjust counts yourself.
📋 Copy · ⬇ CSVCopy for spreadsheet copies one list as rows — paste straight into Google Sheets or Excel for invoicing. Exports downloads them all, for the dates you pick, in the column order you set.
UndoHandled the wrong one? show handled → Undo puts the flowers back and returns it to your queue.
Either wayNothing is charged and nothing is auto-reserved — you confirm what’s really theirs and get paid your usual way.

✉️ Weekly email & buyers

Weekly EmailSends your buyers what’s available, with a link to your sheet and a box for a line of your own. Press Send this week’s email now, or tick Send automatically and pick a day and time. If nothing is available, nothing goes out.
BuyersEveryone who gets it, in one place. Buyers tick a box on the want-list form to join; you can add your own customers at the top. Anyone you add is told once, with a way to stop.
QuestionsYour sheet’s Ask or request button lands here, each one labeled — 💬 Question, 🔎 Not on the sheet, 📅 Booking ahead. Tap ↩ Reply by email, then ✓ Answered.

🧭 Your other pages

Your public linkfresh-sheet.com/c/your-name — the one you give buyers. Never changes, never out of date. Great as a QR code at the stand.
SettingsYour tagline, an optional password if your page is for invited buyers only, and Who gets what — every address that should receive want lists (as many as you like, each with a Send a test button), and who looks after the account.
Store availabilityClose ordering for a market day or the winter without taking the sheet down — buyers still see everything, they just can’t send a list. Set weekly hours and it opens and closes itself.
📣 BannersA note across the top of your page — order windows, “no delivery this Friday,” anything timely.
Farms & AdminsEach farm’s login and when they last updated — 💤 if it’s been a week, ⚠ if they’ve never added anything.
🤝 Why does it say “collective”? Fresh Sheet was built first for groups of farms, so that word shows up here and there. For a farm on its own it just means your farm — you’re a collective of one. Your buyers never see the word. If you ever add other growers, the same account grows with you.
If something goes sideways: Locked out → Forgot password on the login page. · Something looks weird → email Lisa a screenshot. · Wrong number → just tap it again, there’s nothing to undo.
You can’t break anything by looking around — tap everything! 🌻
