I’m a lifelong grower and founder of the Central Oregon Flower Collective. For 40 years I kept buyers up to date every way I could think of — handwritten sheets, spreadsheets, faxes, Facebook posts, endless text threads, and farm software that took a cut of every sale and made me learn a whole new job to use it. None of it was built for how we actually work: in the field, on our phones, in the middle of harvest, with dirt on our hands and a dozen things pulling at us at once.
