Your admin is split into pages

Everything used to sit on one long page. It is now separate pages — Overview, Want lists, Questions, Catalog, Farms & admins, Exports and Settings — so you land on the one you need instead of scrolling to it.

How to use it: Pick a page from the list down the left side. On a phone, tap ☰ Menu at the top. Overview opens first and shows what needs you today: new want lists, unanswered questions, and how many products are on your sheet.

    Questions have their own page

When a florist asks a question instead of sending a want list, it no longer sits in your want list inbox looking like an empty order. Questions are their own list, and the question itself is what you read first.

How to use it: Open Questions. Tap ↩ Reply by email to answer — it opens your email with the florist's address already filled in — then tap ✓ Answered. Your florists send these with the 💬 Ask us a question button on your sheet.

The CSV download moved to Exports

The Want List CSV download and the column order live on their own page now. Nothing about them changed — only where you find them.

How to use it: Open Exports. The download link and ⇅ Column order are both there.

Download just the dates you need

The Want List CSV used to be all or nothing — every want list you had ever received, every time. You can now narrow it to a market weekend, or to last month for the books.

How to use it: Open Exports and set From and To. Leave them blank for the full history, exactly as before. The dates read in your own timezone, so an order sent late on the last evening is still included, and the file arrives named for the dates you picked instead of every one being want-lists.csv.

    Want List CSV column order

You can now set the column order for the Want List CSV download.

How to use it: On your admin page, under Want lists, tap ⇅ Column order. Move columns with the arrows, then Save this order — every download after that uses it. Reset to default puts them back. Every column is always included; this only changes their order.
