Fresh Sheet

The short version: we collect only what it takes to run your fresh sheet, we never sell it, and we delete it when you ask.

What we collect

From farms and collectives (people with logins): your name, email address, and the things you put on your sheet — listings, counts, prices, notes, and photos.

From florists and buyers (no login needed): when you send a want list, we store the name, business, email, phone, and note you type in, along with the items you picked — so the collective can get back to you.

Cookies: a sign-in cookie for members, and — on password-protected sheets — a cookie that remembers the sheet password for 90 days so you don’t retype it weekly. We never use advertising cookies and we never sell your data.

Analytics: we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people find useful. It sets its own cookies. We use this for our own understanding of the site — never to advertise to you, and we never sell it. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on.

Like most websites, we also collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and server logs to keep the service secure and troubleshoot problems.

How we use it

Only to run the product: showing availability to your buyers, delivering want lists to the right collective (including by email), and sending you a copy of what you sent. That’s it.

We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything beyond running your fresh sheet. A want list goes to the collective it was sent to and nowhere else.

Where it lives

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers — Supabase (database and photos), Netlify (hosting), and Resend (email delivery) — who process it on our behalf and don’t get to use it for their own purposes. Site analytics are processed by Google under their own terms; see the Analytics note above.

Keeping it safe

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No online service can promise perfect security, but we work hard to keep your data safe.

Your data is yours

Farms and collectives: your listings, photos, and want lists belong to you. If you leave Fresh Sheet, ask and we’ll hand you everything as a spreadsheet and delete your active data. Backup copies may remain for a limited time until they’re automatically overwritten.

Florists and buyers: want to see or delete what a want list stored about you? Email us and it’s done.

Email

We send the emails needed to operate Fresh Sheet — want lists, confirmations, password resets, billing, and important account messages. These aren’t marketing emails. Marketing emails are optional and always include an unsubscribe link.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed to operateFresh Sheet or meet legal obligations. If you ask us to delete your account, we’ll remove your active data as described above.

Questions or requests

Want to see, correct, export, or delete your information? Email us at info@fresh-sheet.com and we’ll help.

The fine-ish print

Fresh Sheet isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If this policy changes in a way that matters, we’ll note it here with a new date — and if it ever changes what happens to member data, members hear about it by email first.
